One of my friends always requests that I bring this deliciously sweet and creamy cheese ball to her holiday parties, but I’m thinking it will do just great when you celebrate the big game this Sunday. It’s so¬† simple to make. Make this for your guests and be prepared to get bombarded with compliments.



1 pkg (8 ounces) of Cream Cheese, softened at room temp

1/2 Cup of Butter, (1 stick) do not use margarine

3/4 Cup of Confectioners Sugar

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

I Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips

3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans


Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add sugars and vanilla and mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Shape cold mixture into a ball and cover with wax paper or plastic wrap until you’re ready to serve it, just before serving roll in chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
