Weird Al’s list of impersonations and parodies reads more like a ‘who’s who’ of American pop-culture. From the classic “Eat It” to “Like A Surgeon,” Weird Al has captured the laughter of Americans and a few awards in his career that spans more than three decades.

Still, there are a few artists who don’t want the joke aimed at them.

TMZ caught up with the parodist and asked Yankovic who has denied his satirical cover requests. Weird Al responded with “The only guy who has said ‘no’ consistently has been Prince.”

After a bit more cattle prodding  from the ‘entertainment news source,’ Yankovic fired a bit of a cheap shot at the musician from Minneapolis, saying, “There’s plenty of enough people that have a sense of humor.” WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

On Tuesday, Weird Al hosted BLAM, the Bonnaroo Line-Up Announcement Megathon. The festival that takes place in Manchester, Tennessee this June 13-16th will feature Paul McCartney, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Wilco, David Byrne & St. Vincent, Mumford & Sons, ZZ Top and more.
