Bruce Springsteen’s new solo album will be “expanisve,” according to the Boss’ long time manager Jon Landau.

In a new interview with Billboard Landau says that while’s it’s premature to say much about, the new album is “a very different kind of record” for Springsteen.

“All I can say is that there is a solo record,” he continued. “And when I say solo record, I’m not talking about an acoustic record. It is, in fact, a very expansive record, a very rich record. It’s one of Bruce’s very creative efforts. Stay tuned, and we’ll see exactly how that shapes up next year.”

Springsteen is currently on tour with the E Street Band, finishing a their highly successful The River Tour. See their remaining dates below.
