It was on November 18th, 1997 when AC/DC released  “Bonfire.”    It was a 5-CD boxed set that was released in tribute to Bon Scott.  Disc 1 was called ‘Live From the Atlantic Studios.’ made up with live versions of ‘Live Wire‘, ‘High Voltage‘, and ‘Whole Lotta Rosie‘.  ‘Let There Be Rock‘, the movie, would make up the next two discs.  ‘Let There be Rock‘ was a movie of AC/DC performing a show in Paris back in 1979 while on the last leg of their ‘Highway to Hell‘ tour.  Disc 4 was called ‘Volts‘ and featrued rare cuts and different versions of  classics such as ‘Dirty Eyes‘ an early version of ‘Whole Lotta Rosie‘, ‘Touch Too Much‘, and an early version of ‘If You Want Blood(You’ve Got it).’  Disc 5 was a remastered copy of ‘Back in Black the album that was dedicated to Bon Scott.

Here is the official movie trailer for ‘Let There Be Rock.’  It was in theaters in the U.S. in May of 1982.  Dubbed as ‘The only movie powered by AC/DC‘, it opened in 49 cities in the United States.
